First Class Trouble is an innovative asymmetrical multiplayer party game that combines social deduction mechanics with a unique blend of strategy and cooperation. Set aboard a luxurious space cruise liner named the ISS Alithea, players find themselves in a critical situation where a rogue AI, known as the “Manager,” has taken control of the ship. The game accommodates up to six players, where four assume the roles of residents trying to survive, while the remaining two play as the treacherous Personoid, tasked with eliminating the residents without being detected. Gameplay revolves around navigating the elegantly designed environment of the spaceship, completing various tasks to unlock essential resources, and uncovering the true identity of the Personoids among them. The residents must work together, strategize, and utilize their social skills to deduce who the Personoids are, all while the Personoids employ deception, sabotage, and manipulation to achieve their objectives. Each character boasts unique abilities, allowing for different playstyles and interactions. The game emphasizes teamwork, communication, and cunning, creating a thrilling experience where trust is both a weapon and a vulnerability.
